To sign up, please bring the following when you come to the pantry:

  • Photo ID (you will be asked to show your ID at each visit to the pantry)
  • Legal piece of mail (e.g. utility bill, lease agreement, phone bill) with your current Delavan or Darien address on it.
  • Birth certificates for all children under the age of 18 currently living at the residence

If your income falls at or below the amount noted on the Wisconsin government eligibility guidelines shown below, you will qualify to shop for food at the Harold Johnson Delavan Food Pantry.

To determine eligibility for households of more than 12 members, add $10,280 per additional person per year; this value equals an additional $857 per additional person per month.
